Aging: about two years in old barrique; no added sulphites, not filtered or clarified

Serve at: 8-12° C

About him: the two versions of Morgane's Bianco di Chamoz are very few and nowhere to be found. Fortunately we have got our hands on a few of Chardonnay which we are pleased to present to you, but not because it's a rare wine, but because it's sensationally good!!!
The long relax in old barriques does its perfect duty, giving us a moderately soft wine on the palate with notes of white-fleshed fruits and delicately smoky, infinite minerality and a long and very very complex finish. On the other hand, the nose is very amusing, with rocky and smoky aromas. Nice nice nice!
