About him: the plot called "Le Pas de l'Ours" is planted on calcareous soil with vines that are now fifty years old. Jean-Yves uses the best grapes to make this cuvée, result of long maceration and relax in old wooden barrels for about two years.Enrapturing aromas of citrus fruits, while in the mouth it has a characteristic acidity of red fruits that is felt, despite a super persistence.
