Grape variety: 50% Trousseau, 50% Poulsard from 60 year old vines

Alcohol: 12,5% vol

Volume: 0,75l

Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with joint maceration for about two weeks of all the grapes destemmed by hand and left whole grain

Aging: about one year in old barrique; no added sulphites, not filtered or clarified

Serve at: 16-18° C

About him: a preview, currently only on our channels ;) the red of Chamoz, a cuvée produced only in the best vintages...and what a vintage 2022! The right amount of water in spring, plenty of sun in summer, perfect grapes of excellent quality, just like this wine!
A spectacular red, ready to go but which if left in the cellar for a few more months will give even more emotions.
Complex in the aromas based on small fruits and red flowers, herbs, roots and spices, all sensations encountered but with great delicacy also on the palate, where it's also super alive and with a long and beautiful finish. Truly a masterpiece!!!
