Aging: about one year in qvevris, those large clay amphorae buried in the ground, according to Georgian tradition; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 16° C; to be consumed preferably starting from 10/2026
About him: super olfactory complexity based on red fruits, cherries and raspberries, enhanced by soft spices, a floral hint and a mineral sensation. On the palate everything moves in perfect harmony, with slender and long but subtle tannins and without any astringency, while the aging in amphora gives a very beautiful balance... just as this splendid Pinot Noir very very beautiful!
