The only Brutal wine produced in Australia! 100% Schioppettino, a super rare variety in Australia and indeed in the rest of the world; Dane has been able to care for and improve this small vineyard year after year which is now starting to bear excellent fruit and thus an incredible wine is born with a surprising aroma, light thanks to the delicate whole bunch maceration, with aromas of smoked red raspberry and spices such as pepper, which lead to red berries such as blueberry, again spices and a nice sapidity.
