DOMAINE MATASSA
Just in time for the arrival of spring and its warm days, we embrace the cuvées of one of the most iconic Domaine in the panorama of natural wines of Roussillon, Matassa. Surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub, we find Macabeu, Muscat a petit grain, Moscato d'Alessandria, Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Carignan, in short, the whole range of native grapes characteristic of this area which, when worked by the wise hand of Tom, create juices with extreme drinkability and vitality. Impossible not to fall in love with it!
