JEAN GINGLINGER
Alsace
One of the most historic cellars in Alsace with origins even dating back to the 1600s!
Today it's led by Jean who took it over from his father in 1999. The vineyards are in Pfaffenheim, 12 kilometers south of Colmar, and all rest under the denomination of the great Alsatian crù. 5.5 hectares of land planted with vines, with a rich range of different terroirs cultivated with different vines, make it possible to obtain wines remarkable for their finesse and freshness. A nice historical experience of Alsace!
Ruest JG 2022 - Directly pressed Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc; €21.90
Lerchenberg JG 2022 - Riesling pressed directly; €22.90
Pinot Gris JG 2022 - Pinot Gris pressed directly; €23.90
Pinot Noir JG 2022 - Pinot Noir with short whole-grain maceration and aging in steel; €22.90
