Natural Wines
Even in the category of natural red wines, for most, there are no rules dictated that must be followed and this allows our dear beloved winemakers to vinify their precious fruits freely from any constraint. Thanks to a classic vinification with maceration on the skins for a few days or with vinification in carbonic (whole bunches) to delicately extract aromas and flavors without weighing down the juice, red "glou glou" are born, excellent to be drunk even in summer. Delicate and light wines, to be drunk fresh and possibly in good company!

MO 2020 Domaine La Boheme - Mondeuse from Savoie with short semi-carbonic maceration

Paltieres 2021 Raphael Beysang - Gamay from its own old vines planted half in 1927 and half in 1970 with carbonic maceration for about two weeks
Cumparone 2021 Abbazia San Giorgio - Nerello Mascalese of the Island of Pantelleria harvested even before the grapes are fully ripened to raise their freshness and vitality; classic maceration on the skins for 20 days
Litrozzo Rosso 2021 Le Coste di Gradoli - Sangiovese, Merlot and Ciliegiolo all vinified together with maceration on the skins for a week
Groppero 2020 Il Moralizzatore - Groppelo with maceration on the skins for 12 days
Rosso delle Macchie 2020 Il Vinco - Canaiolo Nero from a single over seventy-year-old ungrafted vineyard on the hills around Lake Bolsena; classic maceration on the skins for a few days
