Infinitely fruity and mineral with notes of wild strawberries galore, cherries, blueberries and with a super vitality that allows to finish the bottle in less than ten minutes...what can say...fantastic! This is Michel Guignier's rosé-tinged Gamay obtained from grapes from vines over thirty years old, macerated in contact with the skins for twelve hours and pressed very slowly and delicately for another twelve hours. Exceptional!!!
