MON BLANC BRONZE 2021 Ca Boit Libre by Damien Bastian Goddard
There is always a common thread that guides all of Damien Bastian's wines and that is quality! And even this version of late-harvest Chasselas is no different as it's exciting from the first to the last sip. Delicately macerated on the skins and aged in old barriques for about two years, it's velvety but sharp at the same time, with notes of candied exotic white fruits, spices, minerality and freshness that despite its high complexity make it easily drinkable. Long and satisfying but never boring...simply once again WOW!!!
