A cuvée where Mr. Jean-Francois Ganevat changes the blend every year based on the grapes he manages to buy from his winemaker friends with whom he collaborates to create the "negoce" wines. The '21 is composed entirely of an excellent Pinot Noir from Mâconnais in Burgundy. A wine that stands out for its super freshness and energy, both in the super fruity aromas with notes of raspberries, redcurrants and red flowers, and on the palate where it's juicy, soft, light, with a fruity and slightly acidic finish. Exceptional!!!
