Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with direct whole bunch pressing without contact of the juice with the skins
Aging: about four years partly in old wooden barrels, partly in amphorae; no added sulphites, no filtered or clarified
Serve at: 8-12° C
About him: notes of pear, almond and brioche on the nose while on the palate it's fresh, mineral, with good volume and strength, with a long and creamy hazelnut finish. Oh mama!!!
