From a single plot with over one hundred year old Pansa Blanca vineyards here is La Bestia by the legendary Oriol Artigas!
About two weeks of delicate maceration of grapes destemmed but left intact before being pressed and left to finish fermenting, always in contact with the skins. The juice subsequently aged between steel and old wooden barrels.
An explosion of white pulp fruits such as peach, apricot and melon that mix with as many notes of white flowers and herbs, minerals, super flavor and an infinite vitality that makes us envious! Despite its age and maceration, it remains an orange wine with easy drinking and infinite complexity. Nice nice!
