Alex has all together planted a mix of a dozen hybrids about six hundred meters above sea level at the foot of the Dolomites. There's a real delicacy and freshness to be found here, with sweet notes of alpine flowers, minerals and spring water speaking of her mountain home and beyond. Super refreshing!
