Pinot Gris JMD 2021 Jean-Marc Dreyer
code: B878 - JEAN MARC DREYER, White wine

Viticulture: natural! Made as it once was!
Region: France - Alsace
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Gris
Alcohol: 12,5% vol
Volume: 0,75l
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with delicate intrapellicular maceration on the skins for approximately two weeks
Aging: in old oak barrels for about one year; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-14 °C
About him: one of the fundamental vines from Alsace revisited with the hand of mr. Dreyer, a real treat! Of course, like almost all Jean-Marc whites, it's a maceration, aged in old wooden barrels and obviously without inputs or sulphites, at any stage of the winemaking process. Frankly, a wine like this has to be drunk to be believed...!
