The Jacquère harvested from old vines with very low yields, finds here an aromatic finesse strengthened by the maceration of two months in whole bunch. A marvel of fruit, floreality and minerality in full harmony and embellished by the now distant time in which it was created. The master of Jacquère Jean-Yves Péron!!!
