Ottonese, Malvasia Puntinata from Lazio and Trebbiano all coming from 70 year old vineyards with grapes macerated on the skins for approximately three weeks.
Flowers and wild herbs both in the aromas and on the palate, beautiful tannin and flavor that supports the drink, a dense and enveloping structure as well as the emotions it generates!
