About him: the name of this great natural wine - Tattouine - derives from the name of the vineyard, but its history is much longer. This particular place, now part of the domain of Matassa, was a castle that now boasts 100 years of age as well as the vineyards that surround it. It was the Tunisian workers who took care to these vines at the time, that gave the name Tattouine, just like the Tunisian city called Tatouine (the place that inspired the creators of Star Wars. An incredible town!).This superb wine has the color as beautiful as the sun which horizontally wakes up in Tunisia on a summer day. A wine that relaxes you from the first sip and that thanks to the carbonic maceration takes a little push that will take you to the deserts of North Africa, but don't worry with this juice and this terroir, you'll never suffer from thirst!
