Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with delicate maceration on the skins for a few hours; subsequently the grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained is fermented in terracotta amphorae (tinajas)
Aging: in terracotta amphorae (tinajas); not filtered or clarified, nor added sulphites
Serve at: 8-12° C
About him: a fresh, juicy and fruity white wine. Thanks to the vinification in terracotta amphorae, this vintage shows a very marked fruity character. The palate is sweet, with a certain fullness and a fresh and persistent finish.
