VINS DU CABANON
Wine Symphony wine shop of natural wines by small winemakers with a big heart.

Shades of the master Castex, an iconic figure in the Banyuls and Roussillon region and winemaker of another era.
A few thousand bottles all produced with grapes from his Vins du Cabanon vineyard, one hectare of vines grown in the Trouillas plain, 15 km south of Perpignan. Emotions!!!
Ezo 2020 - Syrah and Merlot from over 100-year-old vines; semi-carbonic maceration and short aging in old wooden barrels;
Canta Mañana 2020 - blend of 7 local truths, mostly composed of Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre, but also from other very ancient native grapes and all coming from vines aged between 30 and 100 years.
Tir à Blanc 2020 - blend of 5 local varieties with a majority of Grenache Blanc and Maccabeu, but also other ancient native vines.
