The cuvées of the ever better Martin Worner continue to shine with infinite brilliance!
Weiss is confirmed as one of the Guinness world record drinkable and juiciness whites.
Co-fermentation of Teutonic origin based on Faber, Würzer, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Scheurebe and Silvaner where some of the grapes are macerated for about two weeks in carbonic, while the others are pressed directly. Subsequently the juices are blended and left to relax in old wooden barrels.
A splendid tropical aroma that was later also found on the palate, where it stands out for being beautifully pulpy, full of various white-fleshed fruits and flowers, but also super drinkable thanks to the carbonic and a dazzling acidity as well as sapidity. Superfresh!!!
