About her: this beer comes from a collaborative idea of the Montanar farm with the Primo Campo farm and the Italian Cobi malthouse. It's created to give light to the potential of genuine products, cultivated in a totally organic and certified way, like the two key elements: the Red and White Horse Tooth (Dente di Cavallo), an ancient variety of corn that gives a certain harmony and the grape must of Verduzzo Friulano, which makes it a complex product and linked to the territory as a native grape of the area.
Dente di Cavallo beer is an Italian Grape Ale, not filtered by the amber color; it's a "peasant" beer initially dry, characteristic given by the Dente di Cavallo corn, with hints of apricot and grapes; on the palate it leaves a slight aftertaste of licorice and mint attenuated in the hops and slightly bitter. In short, an agricultural beer par excellence!!!
