LE COLLECTIF ANONYME

The work is mainly based on old vines located on terraces with beautiful rocky walls overlooking the Mediterranean, where a series of forgotten and poorly managed vineyards have been "adopted", with the aim, in addition to making good wine, to safeguard and preserve this unique and endangered landscape.

In the vineyard the weapons are simple: pickaxe, shears, knapsack sprayer! The approach of the members of the Collectif Anonyme is quite simple: to produce wine in a natural way, with a minimal ecological impact, without placing man before nature. An uncompromising approach which however translates into a truly surprising result! Southern wines, warm and structured, with a real extra soul! A 100% manual work, up to some vintages whose labels are made one by one with a stencil or in screen printing. Trying them will be a sensational experience and you won't find them around very often!
