A great winemaker like Alain Castex leaves only great memories like this super white from southern France, an area better known as Roussillon.
Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc from very old vines, pressed directly and fermented and aged in amphorae.
The scents are mainly concentrated in delicate notes of white flowers of the Mediterranean scrub and chalky notes and then finish with white-fleshed citrus fruits. Very deep minerality with extreme sapidity, velvety, warm and enveloping and with a long finish of citrus fruits and white flowers. Again, thank you very much Alain!
