CHARDONNAY LES LUMACHELLES 2019
Domaine des Cavarodes
Sensational! Etienne Thiebaud's whites are all sinuous and sharp like the blades forged by Hattori Hanzo ;) and this Chardonnay is the absolute confirmation. Acidity and sapidity dance in perfect symbiosis and balance hand in hand with delicate citrus notes. Every sip leaves the infinite and timeless desire to fill the glass...but it's too late...bottle finished in a few moments!
Nothing else to add except that it's a perfect white!
