GRINTON PINOT BLANC 2021
My goodness, what a Pinot Blanc! Grapes coming from young vineyards grown on the Berici Hills, fermentation with maceration on the skins for five days and subsequent relax between concrete tanks and old wooden barrels.
As soon as it's opened it's a super mix of white pulp fruits including pineapple, plums and melon, all perceived both in aromas and on the palate. Upon opening it relaxes, always maintaining a nice vitality on the sip, with a long and delicately warm finish despite the low alcohol content. Yet another confirmation for Alex della Vecchia...well done!!!
