Mondeuse!!! Well yes, a version with depth and complexity, but also infinite lightness!!!
Grapes coming from a single, small plot with vines that vary in age between 30 and 120 years; carbonic maceration and long aging in wooden barrels.
As soon as it's opened it's an explosion of small fresh red fruits and then mixed with a thousand spicy notes. The sip is vibrant and with a present but not invasive tannin, while the flavors alternate between strawberries, cherries, herbs, black and white pepper. Deep and with a very long finish. It's always a super Peron!!!
