Jura Chardonnay simply phenomenal!
Grapes coming from an almost century-old plot cultivated in the villagge of Maynal, halfway between Rotalier and Gizia.
Whole bunch pressing without contact of the juice with the skins and following relax in old wooden barrels for about two years.
Perfect in every aspect, very balanced, with exquisitely fruity notes, sip facilitated by an exceptional sapidity, creamy and with a long and sensational finish. Fantastic drink!
