BIANCO 2019
Polyhedric orange wine! Initially it's a real electric shock, with a vertical drink guided by super acidity, sapidity and citrus fruits such as lime.
As it warms up and opens, it turns towards calmer sensations, with the delicate aromaticity of Malvasia pervading the glass based on notes of herbs and white flowers, more citrus fruits and more roundness on the sip compared to the beginning.
The 2019 vintage is made up of a blend of Fiano, Vermentino and Malvasia, vinified separately with various contact times with the skins and left to relax for about two years in steel before being combined during bottling. Truly exciting drink and from Dane Johns home in Gippsland (Australia - Victoria) it's all!
