Allante & Boulanger
Friendship and passion for wine have made boom again! And this is the case of the golden couple made up by Matthieu Allante and Christian Boulanger, who in the heart of the deepest Jura create from time to time, increasingly more spectacular cuvées.
After their work experience at Domaine Labet, now they are at work using grapes from very old microplots scattered throughout this fantastic region.
Few bottles, recently defined as more than "unicorn wines", but many emotions!
This Poulsard vinified in semi-carbonic and aged in old oak barrels is a deeply complex and balanced wine. Ripe red fruits alternate with notes of ink and liquorice, delicate tannin and a long and slightly bitter finish with hints of forest roots. Beautiful interpretation of this highly prized vine.
