Jura, Jura and even more Jura! This is Melon à Queue Rouge, a Jurassic variety of Chardonnay, with grapes from old vines, pressed in whole bunches without contact of the juice with the skins and then rested partly in old wooden barrels and partly in steel. Mineral complexity at the highest levels, both on the nose and on the palate, with the addition of great sapidity and delicate spicy notes. Another masterpiece from this splendid region.
