Balanced power, ripe fruit, velvety but lively at the same time, spices, herbs, minerality and depth... an infinite wine as are all the notes that we should use to describe it. This is the Syrah of the Ardeche vinified in semi-carbonic by Daniel Sage and left to relax in old wooden barrels. An unmisseable unicorn wine!
