Immediately a bit of carbonic, but in a few moments here is a profound aromatic complexity based on white flowers and herbs, infinite minerality and a more velvety touch compared to the previous vintage. When it opens definitively, citrus notes also come out and it becomes even warmer and more persuasive on the palate. Nice nice!
