Another stratospheric Gamay from Beaujolais by the loved Julie Balagny.
A multifaceted wine, obviously produced according to tradition, so carbonic maceration and relax in large old wooden barrels, which as soon as poured into the glass makes you feel all the carbonic to the sound of super fruity and floral notes, to then relax and become super deep, with notes of liquorice, spices, herbs and with delicate and bewitching tannin. Exceptional!!!
