At the end of February, racking and bottling without adding sulphites, neither clarification nor filtration
Aging: in Tiano (terracotta container in the shape and size of a barrique) for about 6 months; another six months in bottle
Serve at: 16-18 °C

About him: new exciting cuvèe from the splendid island of Ischia. Baro (Syracha edition) is obtained from pure Syrah grapes left to macerate and age in Tiano, the famous terracotta amphorae in the shape and size of barriques. A pure extract of salinity, small red fruits and Mediterranean herbs. Only 250 bottles produced...boom!!!
