Barranco Oscuro
Delicate aromaticity characteristic of Viognier, the result of grapes grown in various plots of vineyards planted between 1996 and '98 at 1350 m above sea level in the Sierra Nevada.
Direct press and fermentation in steel and then relax in old barriques for about an year.
Hints of aromatic fruits and white flowers, minerality, some smoky notes, creamy and slim at the same time.
