Auvergne passion! Wonderful Gamay in rosé dress coming from numerous plots planted on basalt and quartz in Corent. Direct press with very short contact with the skins and relax in small old wooden barrels.
The result is a deep, lively and fragrant wine that offers an explosion of red fruit, smoke and minerals on the nose, while on the sip a bit of residual sugar is well balanced by herbaceous and red fruit notes that create a delicately bitter finish.
