Brutally Carignan!!! This Languedoc wine is a spectacle, the result of nine months of whole bunch maceration and relax in old exhausted wooden barrels. Mineral and full of character, with a bright and energetic fruit, earthy and delicately spicy notes to finish with a good balance between acidity and freshness and above all lots and lots of juiciness.
