Les Bottes Rouges
Pinot Noir from Arbois in one of the most elegant dress there is.
Soft press of the grapes to preserve the fruit and maceration of about three weeks on the skins to then spend about an year and a half in old wooden barrels and steel.
Very fresh both in the aromas and on the palate, with notes of small red fruits, herbs and spices; the long and delicate finish is perfectly closed by the note of sapidity that never hurts and continually invites you to drink. Super nice!
