The company overlooks Lake Trasimeno with vineyards at 300/400 m where the activity is all rigorously carried out by hand as well as in the cellar where the practices are even more artisanal than ever. Spontaneous fermentation in open vats, with more or less long maceration on the skins, absence of temperature control, decanting for clarification according to the lunar phases and bottling without the addition of sulphites.
