Grapes from vineyards grown biodynamically by Giorgio Barbero in Asti and vinified in the cellar in Savoy of the eclectic French vigneron.
Two weeks of delicate carbonic maceration with subsequent relax in old wooden barrels.
A graceful wine, but with intense citrus sensations, with the lime over everyone. Super minerality and perfectly measured acidity make it even more vital and easy to drink. Nice Nice!
