Pinot Noir with very delicate carbonic maceration and then left to relax in old wooden barrels.
A fantastic expression of this noble vine from which aromas and flavors of wild strawberries, roses, cherries and herbs are extracted. Sensations that, thanks to the long time of aging in wood and rest in the bottle, give the wine a beautiful depth while maintaining an over the top drinkability! Spectacular!!!
