Fiano from over a hundred-year-old vines, short maceration on the skins for a few days and relax in old oak barrels.
An infinitely dense nose of notes, from fruit to flowers, then crossing fields of herbs, to end in mineral, spicy notes and delicate hints of smokiness. The same journey is also found on the palate where it's enhanced even more by a continuous vitality and exceptional sapidity that despite the complexity make it easily drinkable. Masterpiece!
