UN TRAJET INUTILE 2020
Daniel Sage
Normally Mr. Sage vinifies each type of grape separately, but with this label he ventures into a blend of Viognier, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay vinified together with direct press and what can I say...a beautiful adventure!
The aromas are dominated by white flowers and lots of minerality, the latter note, which stands out even more on the palate. When opening up, notes of white fruits also emerge and even more sapidity and chalky notes that make the drink super sharp and linear. Beautiful!!!
