DOMAINE GANEVAT
Jura
Jean-François Ganevat, the master of natural winemaking, a point of reference for an entire generation of young vignerons and beyond!
Only 8.5 hectares in Rotalier, in the south of the Jura with organic viticulture and parcel selection, that is, one type of soil, one grape variety = one cuvée, for more than 40 different cuvées every year and all full of extraordinary goodness!
Fortunately, Jean François and his sister Anne also founded a wine trading company, thus purchasing grapes grown by vigneron friends who respect their vision of wine and creating the possibility of being able to discover the goodness of other vines vinified by the spectacular hand of this exceptional duo!
And we are pleased to present you these beautiful wines, vinified with the trampling method, long carbonic maceration in truncated cone vats, indigenous yeasts and no addition of sulphites...TOP!!!
