Grapes coming from friendly colleagues in Fleurie and masterfully vinified by Anne and Jean-Francois in their own cellar in Rotalier.
Delicate semi-carbonic maceration in old wooden conical vats where agement then follows.
It's a fruity and floral explosion in every aspect, with infinite vitality, notes of currants, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, violets, roses and so on and so forth! Graceful and delicately bitter finish, surrounded by great flavor. BOMB!!!
