DOMAINE DANDELION - Bourgogne
Guided by the experience of Christian - former cellar master of Chandon de Briailles - they work in the vineyard and cellar in the most natural way possible: no sulphur, minimal doses of copper, plowing with horses & natural treatments. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, pressed on an old vertical press, then aged in old barrels.
The wines are of great delicacy, characterized by great precision and balance. Morgane pays great attention to all the details, from the work in the vineyard to the labels made manually with a 15th century Auvergne mill.
The Domaine has made a name for itself among natural wine lovers and we couldn't miss it!
