Domaine Dandelion
The great expression of Pinot Noir from Burgundy according to Dandelion!
Grapes harvested in September and macerated in whole bunch for about three weeks, then gently pressed with the feet before being passed through the press and aged in old French oak barrels.
A label that fully reflects the artisanal work of this domaine carried out both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Fine and delicate in every aspect, perfectly balanced, great fruit, notes of spices and slightly herbaceous; tannins well present but not exaggerated, deeply intense and satisfying finish. Perfect!!!
