Domaine la Boheme
It's a Gamay of infinite intensity!
Grapes coming from old vineyards also owned by Mr. Bouju, but located not in Auvergne, but in Beaujolais. Semi-carbonic maceration and relax in old large wooden barrels.
Very juicy, full of sensations both in aromas and on the palate, with earthy notes of forest, herbs, roots, spices and red fruits. Great drinkability and above all great enjoyment!
