ROSSO DAMIGIANA 2020
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from the "San Desiderio" vineyard, the oldest and highest of the company and which faces the sea; grapes harvested at full maturity and fermented in open vats, leaving them in contact with the skins for about two weeks, and then aging in 54l glass demijohns.
Pure and genuine with the aromas and flavors left intact by the most neutral agement there is, the glass. Ripe red fruit, hints of undergrowth, spices and herbs. The sip it's direct and expressive, mainly with notes of red fruits, velvety but not too much and with well-present tannin. Great territorial expression...of the past!
